Patient Services Navigator

NHS in Bristol is seeking a Patient Co-ordinator to support efficient patient service delivery. You will assist patients to navigate services and handle appointment scheduling both over the phone and in person.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and a basic understanding of medical administrative tasks. A GCSE in English and Maths is required. This full-time role offers a salary range of £25,224 to £25,713 annually.
