Overview
Our FYidoctors Regina - Northgate Mall and Regina - Victoria Square clinics are looking for a Patient Services Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week. The clinic is open Monday to Saturday.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out, and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email
- Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care
- Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments
- Manage eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear
- Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience
- Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required
