Payment Lead

About the RoleGarena is looking for a Payment Lead to own the payment channel strategy across Spanish-speaking LATAM.You will map the regional payment landscape, close integration agreements with payment partners, and work with product and engineering to get those integrations live — directly improving checkout conversion and monetization across markets.Responsibilities- Define and execute the payment channel strategy for Spanish LATAM markets (MX, CO, AR, PE, CL and others)- Identify, negotiate, and close agreements with PSPs, digital wallets, cash networks, telco billing providers, and BNPL partners- Lead end-to-end implementation of payment integrations in collaboration with internal product and engineering teams- Analyze transaction funnels to identify conversion opportunities and drive ARPU growth- Manage regional payment budgets and track performance against revenue targets- Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on LATAM payments — translating complexity into clear busin...
