Job description:
- Prepare reconciliation report by comparing bank statements with internal records
- Process payment adjustments based on reconciliation reports.
- Make input and payment adjustments to the journaling system.
- Prepare documents related to payment settlement in accordance with the reconciliation results.
- Prepare and submit Payment Adjustment Report reports.
- Process return transactions from digital products, RTOL, and other related transactions.
Job requirement:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree from any major
- At least 1 (one) year of experience in Payment Operations
- Excellent with Excel and able to operate Microsoft Office & PowerPoint.
- Having experience in the industry banking/digital banking is a plus
