Purpose:
Support APAC operations by managing payment‑related queries, ensuring accurate transaction processing, and maintaining compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
What You’ll Do
- Handle client, bank, and internal payment investigations (including SWIFT-related queries)
- Monitor risks, outstanding items, and reconciliation issues
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Support customer service, Middle Office, and onshore teams
- Prepare reports/MIS and keep stakeholders informed
