Responsibilities
- Lead cross-border payments initiatives involving FX, compliance, and international flows.
- Design solutions for liquidity pooling, intraday optimization, and agile provisioning.
- Research and evaluate emerging payment technologies: stablecoins, CBDCs, tokenized assets, and digital wallets.
- Create presentations and diagrams for senior stakeholders.
- Drive agile delivery across teams and ensure alignment across business, tech, and compliance.
- Build trusted relationships and deliver delivery assurance.
- Maintain strong knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA, CHAPS, RTGS, ISO 20022.
- Familiarity with digital assets and DeFi protocols.
