Payments Lead

The Payments Team Leader requires the right person to have a strong focus, leadership, communication, and organizational skills. It is the Team Leaders responsibility to oversee the analysts tasks, ensure the team is working to the best of their ability and to support and mentor your team to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees the payment processing function
• Manages a small team of payment support, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
• Ensures that payments are processed in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Communicates with IQBO and client or customers to resolve any payment-related issue or concerns.
• Performs other payment-related tasks as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in project or account management for external or internal clients
• Experience in process design or documentation
