We are looking for a Payroll Administrator for a company based in the Construction industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- ± 4-5 years payroll administration experience
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (Read, Speak and Understand)
- Friendly and well-mannered with proficient telephone and email etiquette
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel + Word)
- Attention to detail, deadline driven and cope under pressure
- Trustworthy, honest, and punctual
- Buildsmart Payroll experience advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Record keeping of staff loans and leave reconciliations
- Loading of employee payments on FNB Banking (Staff Loans, Pay and Staff Reimbursements)
