Job Summary
The role of the Payroll Administrator is to support the day to day activities of the payroll department and ensure that payroll processes and procedures are efficient and conducted in accordance with relevant policies, laws, and regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and process Canadian and U.S. payrolls
- Accurately process team member profile changes, including status changes, terminations, timesheets, banking and tax information, etc.
- Calculate and prepare pay adjustments for approval
- Prepare and process payroll production worksheets
- Prepare and process payroll production audit reports
- Ensure all production task adjustments and worksheets are audited after system entry
- Prepare ROEs and respond to government related inquiries regarding team members
- Maintain records on vacation, sick leave, etc.
