Payroll Analyst Fixed-term position (Córdoba)

Paramount is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to join our team in Argentina. This role will support the accurate and timely processing of payroll operations, ensuring compliance with local labor and tax regulations, internal controls, and reporting processes. In addition to payroll responsibilities, the role will also support several HR Operations administrative activities.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing for Argentina
• Validation and processing of payroll inputs (overtime, bonuses, deductions, etc.)
• Compliance with Argentine labor laws, tax regulations, and CBAs
• Payroll reporting and reconciliation
• Support on income tax (Ganancias) and statutory contributions
• Coordination with internal teams and external payroll vendors
• Employee support related to payroll inquiries
• Administration of health insurance and employee benefits
