Payroll Analyst

PurposeEnsure thatemployee payments are made accurately, on time, and in compliance with current labor regulations.
They are responsible for the administration and processing of compensation, as well asmanaging other associated benefits and deductions.Main responsibilitiesCalculate andprocess employee wages and salaries based on hours worked, wage rates, bonuses, and other factors.Ensure that deductions (taxes, insurance, pensions, etc.) are correctly applied.Manage employee deductions such as health insurance contributions, pension funds, voluntary deductions, among others.Administer additional benefits such as bonuses, compensation, and other incentives.Maintain and update employee records and payroll databases accurately.Address and resolve employee inquiries regarding their salary, benefits, deductions, and other payroll-related matters.QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, administration or similarEnglish 70%Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, fo...
