Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Benefits Administrator to join our Human Resources team. Responsibilities
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs using GroupHealth and ADP
- Collect and analyze data related to benefits enrollment, changes, and compliance using data collection tools and HRIS platforms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits options, eligibility, and claims processing.
- Coordinate with external vendors and insurance providers to ensure accurate benefits offerings and resolve issues promptly.
