Job Description Summary In this role, you will execute Ireland Payroll & Benefits processes with a strong understanding of local employment legislation, Revenue requirements, and statutory obligations. You will play a key role in ensuring payroll accuracy, data integrity, and compliance, while supporting HR operations and delivering an excellent employee experience.
You will collaborate with payroll and benefits suppliers, HR partners, and internal stakeholders to support employee lifecycle events, benefit administration, and payroll processing. You will ensure compliance with Irish employment law, tax regulations, and internal controls.
Knowledge of Workday and third party payroll, benefits, and Time & Attendance platforms is required.
