About the Role (your why)

We’re looking for two Payroll Compliance Consultants to join our Payroll Product team based out of Auckland, New Zealand. In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor working closely with our product, development, and customer success teams to ensure our Payroll product stays compliant with evolving legislation and regulations. You will apply your specialist payroll knowledge to interpret complex payroll legislation, lead impact assessments, translate regulatory requirements into actionable product specifications, and help maintain Datacom’s reputation as a trusted, compliant payroll solution across the regions we operate in.
