Join our dynamic HR Shared Services team as a key player, directly reporting to our HR Shared Services Manager. In this exciting role, you'll take charge of processing payrolls promptly and with precision, all while fulfilling the essential transactional administration needs of our HR Hub.
Please note this is a part-time position.
The Role
- Facilitate Payroll and HR administration while ensuring timely payroll processing through our HR & Payroll System and our managed payroll solution with Moorepay
- Assist in providing a comprehensive range of HR shared services, including onboarding correspondence, employee modification communications, payroll execution, and data reporting
- Serve as a Payroll advisor for payroll and benefits inquiries
