Payroll Data And Process Analyst - Mexico
General DescriptionProvide analyses, KPIs, dashboards, and reconciliations that improve the accuracy, efficiency, and visibility of the payroll process.
Document and standardize processes (SOPs, workflows) and drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
Analytical role that supports managerial decision-making and coordinates with Process Audit to correlate trends.Experience and Education3–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or process improvement.Payroll experience desirable (not required).
Experience documenting processes.Degree in Accounting (preferred).
English proficiency: 80%.
