About the opportunity
We are partnering exclusively with a growing business to appoint an experienced Payroll Manager into a permanent leadership role reporting directly to the CFO. They are also open to a 6 month fixed term contract for the right person in the interim.
A payroll system implementation is already underway and needs to be streamlined and brought to completion. This role exists to take ownership, cut through the complexity and set the payroll function up for best practice. - Lead, develop and mentor a small payroll team across daily operations
- Manage an ANZ payroll for approximately 1800 employees, across weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay runs
