Payroll Partner

div p Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for a Payroll Partner to join us. You will support our Payroll Manager with accurate and timely payroll delivery across our bi weekly and monthly cycles, partnering closely with our Finance Team and our external payroll provider. You could be based in either our Oxfordshire office or our Central Oxford office on a hybrid basis. /p p You will be responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance with both legal and company requirements, identifying and resolving any payroll errors. You will maintain up to date payroll records and documentation to support audit requirements, keeping information organized and compliant with internal standards. You will run both pre and post payroll validation checks, and prepare change reports. /p p In this role, you will calculate pay for new colleagues, colleagues leaving the company and any related contract changes.
