- Evaluates current systems - recommends and develops operating efficiency improvements.
- Comprehend the payroll systems, extract report as per the standard operating procedures- Monitors and ensures the accuracy of the calculations, formulas, HC etc.- Ensures Payroll forecasting and communicate appropriately with Treasury team.
