Who are we looking for to join our Pharmacy Team?
We are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic Clinical Pharmacist who wants to work in Primary Care. You will be joining our incredibly structured and supportive Pharmacy Team. Our team consists of 6 Pharmacists (including a Senior Clinical Pharmacist) and 7 Pharmacy Technicians (including a Lead Technician & Pharmacy Service Supervisor). No agencies/recruiters.
Main duties of the job
Clinical practice:
- See patients with single or multiple medical problems where medicine optimisation is required.
