The school is a SEND school; the pupils are referred from the boroughs of Croydon. They are in a behaviour environment. The school has many staff who are also trained with behavior management.

They look for candidates to work with small groups with the students, you must be enthusiastic and have the knowledge or be interested in SEND.
You will be required to plan and prepare lessons and read EHCP plans.
