**Job Overview**
The PEAK & Productivity Manager is responsible for leading the implementation, sustainment, and continuous advancement of the PEAK operating system. This role will drive operational excellence by developing and executing continuous improvement strategies that enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity performance across the site. The PEAK & Productivity Manager will partner cross-functionally with site leadership to embed a culture of accountability, problem solving, and continuous improvement through the deployment of PEAK systems, lean methodologies, and data-driven decision making.
