Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Pediatric Occupational Therapist role based at Bloom Therapy Centers in Lahore. The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will assess children with developmental, sensory, and behavioral needs, and design individualized treatment plans to support functional independence in daily activities.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include delivering play‑based therapy sessions, implementing sensory integration strategies, and working on fine motor, visual‑motor, self‑care, and school‑readiness skills.

The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports, and communicating regularly with parents and caregivers to provide education and home‑program recommendations.

The therapist will also participate in case discussions, contribute to early intervention planning, and support awareness of best practices in pediatric occupational therapy.
