As our People Business Partner for Go-to-Market (GTM), you won’t just be doing HR—you will be the strategic architect behind the engine that drives our global growth. You will partner directly with our CSO, VPs, and People Leaders in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align our people strategy with aggressive revenue targets and market expansion goals. Your mission is to ensure we have the high-performance talent, agile team structures, and visionary leadership needed to scale our impact and accelerate the transition to a sustainable future.

• Strategic Advisory: Provide expert HR guidance to Leaders, translating complex business requirements into effective people solutions.

• Organizational Design: Lead workforce planning and restructuring initiatives to ensure our global org design models are optimized for delivery.
