We’re looking for a Manager, People Development to join our global People & Culture team and help us build the capabilities we need for the future. This is a permanent role, preferably based at our head office in Helsinki, with the possibility to be located in another Lindström country.
In this hands‑on role, you’ll shape how learning happens across Lindström – in an international environment where collaboration, curiosity and continuous development are part of everyday work.
Your key contribution areas
In this role, you’ll build and develop our global learning ecosystem and bring clarity and structure to how we support growth across countries.
Your key focus areas:
- Build and evolve Lindström’s learning ecosystem to support growth
- Create competence frameworks, learning paths and career structures
- Design practical, impactful learning solutions aligned with business needs
