About The RoleYou will play a central role in shaping HQ's culture and employee growth strategy.This position integrates Learning & Development with employee engagement to create meaningful experiences across the employee lifecycle.L&D is the top priority of this role: you will design, launch, and measure end-to-end programs that build capability, strengthen connection, and reinforce culture, ensuring every employee at HQ is supported, valued, and prepared to grow.Working Hours9 AM - 5 PM PST (6 PM - 2 AM Serbian time)Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, execute, and iterate learning programs aligned to HQ's strategic goals, covering both professional and leadership development.Own our LMS: configuration, course creation, assignments, reporting, adoption/engagement tracking, and continuous improvement.Create and curate hands‐on learning assets (videos, guides, interactive modules) using modern instructional design methods.Launch, track, and optimize initiatives to drive participation, comple...
