Job Description Job Summary Our People Experience Partner (PXP) teams will strengthen employee purpose, ignite energy and elevate organization-wide performance by activating, facilitating & enhancing moments that matter. PXP teams will activate HR products and services that enrich the lives of JLL employees whilst working with Business and HR leaders to facilitate the employee experience by coaching managers on the moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle. PXPs will use their Business acumen, HR expertise and local knowledge to enable Business and HR priorities. PXPs will deep dive, surface insights, and influence HR Service Delivery and HR/Talent COEs to improve and when required rebuild policies, processes, and tools that will enhance moments that matter unleashing our talents to do their best work.
