Schedule: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM (IST) Night shift

POSITION SUMMARY:
The People Operations Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance and data integrity across Suna’s People Operations systems and processes through routine audits and structured regulatory oversight. This role designs and executes audit methodologies, analyzes People data to identify risks or gaps, and supports U. S. compliance requirements across onboarding, payroll, and employee records.
