We have an opportunity for a hybrid (2 days/week) People Operations Specialist to join our HR Operations team located in Mexico City, reporting to the Manager of People Operations. In this pivotal role, you will provide HR support for the U.S. and EMEA regions, managing Tier 1 HR, benefits, and absence inquiries. You will play a key role in delivering efficient employee services through ticket management, process documentation, and support of knowledge center development. Additionally, the People Operations Specialist will assist with HR projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.
Be a Contributor — What You'll Do
Manage HR tickets in ServiceNow (Ask HR) and provide timely responses to tier-1 core HR, benefits, and absence inquiries
Process transactions in Oracle HCM Cloud and identify areas for automation to improve efficiency
