Job Title:  People Practitioner (HR Generalist) – Lesaka - Enterprise Division 
Location:  Cape Town, Platterkloof (non-negotiable) 
Reports to:  HR Business Partner – Enterprise Division 
Type:  Full-time 
Mode:  Hybrid (4 days in, 1 day out) 
Job Purpose The People Practitioner plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day HR operations across the Enterprise Division. Reporting to the HRBP, this role is the operational backbone of the People function — driving talent acquisition, enabling learning and development, and managing the full employee lifecycle with precision and care. This is a fast-paced, hands‑on role that requires someone who is comfortable wearing many hats, thrives in a dynamic environment, and brings a strong execution mindset.
