People Process Specialist

Major Function As our new People Process Specialist, you will execute and continuously improve core HR processes within multiple countries across EMEA ( responsibility for 150-200 employees) . You will ensure consistent and compliant application of HR policies and systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow). You will act as a subject matter specialist within defined process areas such as employee data, job changes, or time and attendance. You will work closely with HRBPs, managers, and other HR functions to ensure a smooth and high-quality employee experience. Essential Responsibilities Execute day-to-day HR processes with accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Serve as a subject matter expert for defined process areas (e.g., employee data, job changes, time & attendance).
