People Systems Specialist

We are looking for a People Systems Specialist to play a vital role in the day‑to‑day success and continuous development of our People solutions, with a strong focus on Oracle HCM.

In this role, you will act as a functional expert for one or more process areas, ensuring that system usage supports agreed People processes and the objectives of our People Plan.

The recently founded People Systems & Data team plays a dual role: we support our businesses as trusted people partners while also owning People Systems and Data. Our mission is to democratize people data and turn it into clear, meaningful insights that empower everyday decision-making.
