About the Role We are looking for a skilled and motivated PeopleSoft Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and supporting our PeopleSoft environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance, security, and reliability. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, administer, upgrade, and maintain PeopleSoft components, including Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, SSL, and middleware on Windows infrastructure. Perform PeopleSoft bundle patching, maintenance updates, and People Tools upgrades. Monitor the PeopleSoft environment for system performance, resource utilisation, and availability carry out proactive performance tuning. Provide application and technical support, including bug fixes and remediation for vulnerabilities and security issues.
