Description Sandwell College is seeking a committed and compassionate PEP (Personal Educational Plans) Co-ordinator to join our ESOL 16–18 department on a full-time, fixed term, maternity cover basis. This rewarding role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting vulnerable and care-experienced young people to achieve positive educational outcomes and successful futures. 
The successful candidate will work closely with local authorities, schools, carers, social services, and the Virtual Schools network to provide coordinated support for learners throughout their college journey.
