Job Overview The Professional Services Consultant is responsible for the implementation of LexisNexis Risk Solutions' products via all delivery channels (e.g., XML, Web Services, Cloud, hosted web application) for clients across all Risk verticals as well as providing high‑level escalation support to create, sustain, and enhance client‑generated revenue. These activities may include providing technical and business process‑related consulting services directly to clients, as well as specific support and liaison with sales, product, and support teams, other internal staff, and post‑production transition support. 
This is a hybrid position; applicants must be able to work from our SãoPaulo office 1‑3 times per week. Currently, we meet in the office once per week; this frequency may change, but there are no current plans to increase it.
