-Job description**Role purpose**
Provide specialized technical support in the analysis, design and implementation of organizational processes related to Rewards, Benefits and operation of Global Mobility.
The position contributes to the definition of equitable and competitive actions aligned with the organizational strategy, guaranteeing efficient operation, regulatory compliance and informed decision making through analysis, indicators and support for HR processes.
**Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
- Participate in the design, coordination and execution of the annual pay review cycle (Pay Review), ensuring compliance with local, regional and corporate policies, and providing technical support to leaders and support areas, to guarantee an allocation of Total Remuneration in accordance with tactical and operational guidelines.
