The Workforce Development (WD) Specialist – Training & Documentation Administration maintains the training and documentation systems, standard operating procedures, and work instructions to support training compliance and workforce readiness. Additionally, the WD Specialist facilitates department orientations and fab bootcamp to prepare new team members for training with an assigned mentor and improve initial time to productivity.
