Performance Manager
As a member of the News Xtend Digital Trading team, the role focuses on the tactical planning, implementation and activation of Programmatic, Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns. The role is required to leverage the relevant DSPs and ad platforms to execute successful performance based campaigns that work towards individual client goals and expectations.
The role works closely with the Client Success team, clients and relevant internal stakeholders. It focuses on the in‑depth knowledge and expertise of ad platform trading techniques to achieve optimal performance from campaigns, supported through strong analytical and reporting skills.
Success in this position is measured by the effective delivery of campaign budgets to achieve the relevant target (e.g. awareness, traffic, acquisition and ROAS). Overall customer retention and satisfaction is a priority KPI for this role, so attention to detail is essential.
