What You’ll Do
- Own and scale Meta Ads as our primary growth channel
- Rapidly test creatives, audiences, and verticals — double down on what works
- Manage and scale accounts to multi‑XXk monthly spend while hitting CAC/ROAS targets
- Collaborate with Growth Lead and Designer to launch high‑performing campaigns
- Explore and validate other channels (LinkedIn, Google) as secondary growth levers
Requirements
- 3+ years in performance marketing with proven Meta Ads expertise
- Experience scaling paid media accounts to multi‑XXk monthly spend
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards
- Growth mindset: test fast, learn fast, iterate faster
Bonus points
- Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn or Google Ads
- Startup or scaleup growth experience
- Strong creative eye or design skills
