Performance marketer

To qualify for this position, you need: Proven hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads campaigns (minimum 2–3 years). Strong working knowledge of email marketing platforms and bulk‑send best practices. Experience running Whats App campaigns via Whats App Business Manager and/or the Whats App Business API. Practical experience working in a CRM (Zoho CRM preferred; Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar acceptable). Comfortable with marketing automation, lead routing, and basic integration tools. Strong analytical mindset — able to read performance data and translate it into action. Excellent written communication skills in English. Experience marketing in the property, rentals, or financial services sector. Familiarity with ZAPI or similar messaging API integrations. Working knowledge of Zoho Flow, Zapier, or Make for automation workflows. Basic copywriting and creative direction skills.
