Tail Blaze is hiring: Performance Marketing Lead
We’re looking for someone who can do more than 'run ads.'
Someone who understands:
creative testing, Meta campaigns, CAC, funnels, landing pages, ROAS, MER, and how to turn performance into actual revenue.
This is a hands-on growth role for someone who likes building from 0→1, not just reporting numbers in pretty dashboards.
What you’ll work on Meta-first paid growth
Creative testing and ad iterations
CAC, ROAS, MER and funnel analysis
Landing page and conversion improvements
Retargeting, audience testing and budget discipline
Working closely with content, design and founders
What we’re looking for Strong hands-on Meta Ads experience
D2 C / ecommerce performance marketing exposure
Ability to think beyond platform dashboards
Good creative judgment
Strong ownership and startup speed
Someone who can test, learn, scale, and cut what doesn’t work
