Performance Marketing Specialist (Italian)

We are looking for an Italian Performance Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our brand in Italy. Your role will involve managing acquisition channels for this market, ensuring the smooth day-to-day execution of our paid campaigns, maintaining the health of our product catalog, planning and managing organic growth, and overseeing any other activities related to traffic acquisition channels for our Italian website . You will be the person responsible for “making things happen”, working closely with the Sales and E-commerce teams to achieve the company’s goals.

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns, from setup to ongoing optimization.
• Manage assigned budgets, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
• Launch new acquisition channels and implement acquisition strategies.
