Performance Marketing Specialist

As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will hold the steering wheel of Velixir Parfums digital growth engine. You will be fully responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing our paid media budget across major advertising platforms to drive massive traffic and high converting sales. Your primary mission is to scale our customer acquisition aggressively while maintaining a healthy Return on Ad Spend. You must be an analytical thinker who can turn complex data points into creative, high performing ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and manage end to end paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including TikTok Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
• Monitor daily ad performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS closely to ensure maximum efficiency of the marketing budget.
