Role Mission

Ensure business-critical applications and platforms meet defined performance, reliability, and capacity requirements before production releases through effective performance testing and analysis.

Drive the adoption of performance best practices across the software delivery lifecycle to proactively identify bottlenecks and address them to improve end-user experience.

Accountabilities

• Take over existing performance test scripts from vendors
• Schedule, design and drive performance tests
• Performance test strategy and execution for assigned applications and platforms.
• Definition and maintenance of realistic workload models, performance baselines.
• Identification, analysis, and communication of performance risks, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints, translated into reports for stakeholders
