Performance Testing Engineer

We are seeking an experienced HIL Test Engineer to support validation of automotive systems using PowerNet test benches and dSPACE HIL setups , including both manual and automated testing. Key Responsibilities Perform Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing for automotive ECUs Work with PowerNet test benches for manual and automated test execution Develop and execute test cases and test scenarios (TestRail) Configure and maintain dSPACE HIL setups Support test automation and process improvements Analyze test results and perform debugging & RCA Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain test documentation ️ Required Skills ~3–5 years of automotive HIL testing experience ~ Hands-on with dSPACE HIL systems ~ Experience with PowerNet test benches ~ Strong knowledge of TestRail (test case creation & management) ~ Understanding of ECU systems and automotive testing workflows ~ Good troubleshooting and analytical skills Nice to Have Experience with automation scripting (Python / MATLA...
