Key Responsibilities
- Assist supporters with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support.
- Expand the social networks and connections of the people we support.
- Provide in‑home support to adults with learning disabilities, ensuring they live happy and healthy lives.
- Help maintain tenancy, build relationships, and explore interests such as local clubs or events.
- Work collaboratively with a bespoke team and also take initiative on your own.
