We are looking for a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant who is ready to contribute significantly to both the business and personal needs of a well-known Business Owner. This role requires close involvement in various aspects of private life management, including overseeing property maintenance, coordinating household services, and supervising domestic staff such as drivers and housekeepers.

We are looking for an individual who can navigate non-standard challenges and think one step ahead – not a secretary, but a proactive partner who takes ownership and drives initiatives forward. Accountability, empathy, and a high level of communication maturity are core success factors for us.
