  Overview 
 Hire Resolve’s client, an IT Services and Software Development company, is looking for a  Personal Assistant  to support their team in Cape Town. The Personal Assistant will play a key role in managing schedules, communications, and various projects, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the business.
 
   Responsibilities:  
 Manage and organise the schedules of executives, including setting appointments and prioritising tasks.
 Facilitate effective communication between departments by relaying messages and requests.
 Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
 Maintain and organise files and databases for efficient information retrieval.
 Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
 Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
