Château Baie-Comeau, a friendly private seniors' residence, is seeking a full-time Personal Support Worker with a variable schedule. ***Candidates must hold a Personal Support Worker/Personal Care Attendant (PSW) or DEP (Diploma of Vocational Studies) in Personal Assistance in Institutions and at Home, or a Recognition of Acquired Competencies (RAC) certificate, or have accumulated 5,000 hours of PAB (Personal Support Worker) training within the last 5 years, plus current 16-hour CPR certification and completed PDSP (Personal Support and Care Plan).***
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: Full-time day/evening/night shifts
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
- Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
- Contribute to the development of a residentsè action plan based on their observations
- Distribute medication in pill organizer...
