Main duties of the job

• Undertake supervised imaging procedures in line with existing modality specific clinical guidelines and protocols (IRMER 2017, IRR 2017, ARSAC).
• Maintain professional competencies and CPD.
• Run quality assurance checks on equipment and take appropriate actions.
• Respect patients' customs, values and spiritual beliefs; seek and take into account patient views.
• Demonstrate safe, effective practice in line with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain patient information systems with accurate up-to-date information.
• Report all incidents and complaints in line with company policy.
• Adhere to Data Protection Act requirements.
• Ensure smooth flow of clinical and administrative work.
• Participate in governance activities such as audits, personal development and team meetings.
